We all know the feelings you have when ca...Hi Dan,<br /><br />We all know the feelings you have when candidates either are not or cannot be flexible for interviews.<br /><br />I think some of the responsibility lies with the Recruiter/Company as well. From a candidate's perspective maybe we are not telling them what a great opportunity a role is and therefore the candidate is actually not interested as they don't have all the details of the job. <br /><br />Have we made them excited about the role, if they are not really excited about the opportunity as much as we may want them to fit into a role - alarm bells should be going off and we need to assess if the person really does fit into the role or the company based on what they are looking for.<br /><br />Yes it can be hard to find good candidates, but it doesn't mean we should look so far out of our scope of search that we are talking to people who really aren't the right people for the role.David Talamellihttp://talamelli.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
